Banana, Nectarine and Blueberry Smoothie


Every weekday I start the morning with a smoothie, I find by having a smoothie for breakfast I am incorporating at least one serve of fruit and one serve of dairy into my diet with the added bonus that it tastes good. My favourite smoothie at the moments includes banana, nectarine and blueberries.

What you will need:
250ml milk
2 heaped tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt
1 banana
1 nectarine
1 handful of fresh blueberries

Method:
1. Add milk, yoghurt, peeled banana, peeled nectarine and blueberries to a blender.
2. Blend till all combined and smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Note - You can use frozen blueberries which will result in a thick, icy cold smoothie.

Serves 2.
