Mango, banana and coconut water smoothie


Ingredients:

1/2 Mango
1 Banana
100g ice
125ml Coconut water
2 heaped scoops yoghurt (can use flavoured or plain)

Place all ingredients into a Thermomix or blender and blitz for one minute. (Thermo speed 9). Pour into a glass and garnish with mint.

Serves two.
